Born and raised in the fan-shaped city of Karlsruhe, I moved to Lake Constance after graduating from high school. I studied political science and history at the University of Constance and at the same time worked as a freelance historian and cultural mediator in various cultural institutions in Constance.

I am currently enrolled at the University of Constance as a doctoral student in the History doctoral program. My dissertation project is dedicated to Italian labor migration since the 1950s in a German-Swiss city comparison.

I am a doctoral scholarship holder at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
